2. "QuranicThought.com" Content

The Qur’anic Thought materials, tafsir, hadith, Quranic sciences, and related content (collectively, “Content”) made available on the Site have undergone a rigorous auditing process and are accurate and correct to the best of PGT’s knowledge. However, due to risks of tampering, hacking, or other unauthorized access, PGT does not guarantee, warrant, or certify the accuracy, conclusiveness, timeliness, or completeness of any published Content. You agree that the Content (excluding the Qur’an) represents solely the views and opinions of its respective authors and shall not be construed as the official opinions of PGT.

3. No Religious Advice or Recommendations

The merits and risks associated with reviewing the Content of the Site are solely for you to evaluate. Although the Site includes information concerning Qur’anic Thought, Quranic sciences, and related subjects, nothing on the Site constitutes or shall be construed as religious advice, recommendation, or endorsement by PGT. Any action you take based on information presented on the Site is taken at your own responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

PGT, its affiliates, agents, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any harm, claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms. Links provided on the Site for your convenience are not under the control of PGT. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation with respect to such linked sites, their owners, or providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PGT reserves the right to make changes or corrections to information provided on the Site at any time without prior notice. PGT does not:

1. Warrant the accuracy, completeness, conclusiveness, or timeliness of the Content due to risks of unauthorized access;

2. Provide any guarantees against the possibility of deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store communications or data;

10. Governing Law

These Terms are to be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Jordan.Unless a dispute is governed by an applicable arbitration clause, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Jordan.

You agree that your license to use this Site will be terminated if you fail to comply with any term or condition.PGT reserves the right to

1. Terminate your access to the Site;

2. Remove or discard information within the Site;

3. Discontinue providing the Site.

In the event that your access to the Site is terminated you agree not to hold the PGT liable for any consequential claim.
